Our Tech Internship Program offers you the chance to spend up to 18 months being a part one of our Technology teams in Krakow or in Wroclaw and then an opportunity to find a permanent role at UBS. Working alongside our engineers and businesses stakeholders will allow you to gain a wider perspective on technology and how it's used in the financial industry.

The program offers you the chance to be a part of one of our Technology teams in Wroclaw/Krakow and then an opportunity to find a permanent role at UBS. Working alongside our engineers and businesses stakeholders will allow you to gain a wider perspective on technology and how it's used in the financial industry.
Our requirements
Your expertise
You have:
• Computer science, engineering or economics academic background, ideally
• Desire to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Focus on quality
Experience or knowledge in one (or several) of the area:
• developing software in Java, Python, C# or C++
• testing web-based applications and/or knowledge of test methodologies and tools
• SQL, XML and UML
• knowledge of network and internet architecture and/or information security, and/or data analysis/data mining for IT purposes would be an asset
• interest in information security and IT Risk & Control
• knowledge of agile development practices (Scrum, XP, Kanban etc.)
• knowledge of basic programming tools/approaches such as Github, TDD, OOP
