About the project
You will be a member of our core architect team, providing technical leadership for the EngageOne software offerings which provide mission-critical solutions to our global customers. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience of a broad range of technologies and processes, together with excellent interpersonal and team working skills. They will have an impressive history of designing and implementing commercial solutions alongside engineering teams.
Remote working is offered although you must be able to attend Bielsko Biala when required.
We offer both FTE and B2B type of employment with this role.
Your responsibilities
Ability to review requirements, design solutions and communicate them to an engineering team for implementation
Involvement in early ideation of solutions to ensure that they are technically viable
Comfortable in managing complex implementations
Developing working proof of concept solutions
Able to work independently and as part of an architecture team
Performing analysis and proof of concept activities with 3rd party suppliers when needed
Providing continuous feedback to the wider engineering organization on elements which could improve the overall service(s)

Excellent verbal and written English
Confident speaker who is happy to present and champion ideas
Experience of working in cross-geography teams and in particular with the US and UK
Strong technical leadership
Strong Java skills
Strong cloud platform skills - AWS essential
Strong experience working with: JVMs, SOAP, REST, Javascript
Expertise in software security
Knowledge of design patterns - demonstrative architectural experience
Experience of working with large enterprise clients

Experience and comfort in representing the company and product suite at external events
Knowledge of and enthusiasm for applying technology to business problems
Constantly looking for new solutions to existing challenges
Quality assurance thought leader
Database development experience (Oracle, SQL)
