Your responsibilities
You will join the team working on a project in the area of Electric Vehicles (EV) charging for a company operating in the energy sector. The goal of the project is to create web and mobile-based applications to support the charging of electric cars.
Your responsibility will be to work on the development and integration of solutions for payments, billing, apps white-labeling, monitoring, data storing, and governance.
Core project technology stack is Java/Kotlin, React.js/ReactNative, Typescript, AWS Cloud.
Our requirements
M.Sc. in an engineering field or similar with very good results in education.
At least 5 years of experience in software development.
Experience as a Tech Lead.
Very good knowledge and proven experience of Java and Kotlin in multiple projects.
Basic understanding and experience with Typescript (e.g. for cloud serverless solutions, AWS Lambdas).
Working with databases, preference on MariaDB, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch.
Knowledge of Spring Boot, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes.
Cloud experience, preference of AWS.
Experience in application testing and overall project quality and CI.
Experience in working in a remotely located team.
Very good English skills.

Optional
Experience in IoT projects and in delivering payment and billing solutions, e.g. with the use of Stripe.
Experience with scalable and high-performance systems, e.g. to support 1M open sessions.
Experience with EV related protocols.
Knowledge of other programming languages and technologies that are used in the project such as React.js, ReactNative.
Willingness to travel to Finland or Sweden (after the pandemic period).
