Supporting Team Manager in the recruitments of new talents which will be part of the Squad/Team.
Supporting Team Manager in the team members assigned to the Squad to continuously developing themselves, both personally and within their area of expertise, so that they remain up to date in their field of expertise.
2+ years proven track record in this role of Frontend Tech Lead (with mentoring of developers). preferably in an international, multicultural environment as a part of virtual team.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP) for software development including DevOps.
Good communication and influencing skills.
Build relationships: a team player able to build and develop networks.
Change management: ability to support team members in changing environment.
Ability to recognize the talent among the team.
Results oriented: proven track-record of delivering on targets.
Project / Product management: helping team with organisation, prioritisation, and translation of business requirements into technical requirements.
Analytical and creative, proactive to solve issues.
Able to support with Recruiting and talent retention.
Capable of analysing existing solutions and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements, as well as Assisting in training new employees.
Proven track record as Tech Lead or Lead developer.
Strong fundamentals in software design and development.
Knowledge of solutions architecture design patterns (Hexagonal architecture would be appreciated).
Knowledge of global architecture design patterns.
Knowledge of software craftmanship principles (Clean Code, Clean coder).
5+ years of frontend frameworks and libs experience including NextJs/React/Angular, etc.
5+ years of HTML/CSS experience, including concepts like layout, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.
Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge on several items from the following list: REST API design and implementation, microservices design and implementation, continuous integration / continuous delivery using tools such as Jenkins, AzureDevOps, Docker containerization (using Rancher would be appreciated). public cloud solutions (Azure, Google Cloud Platform would be appreciated).
Fluency in English—verbal and writte.
