Your responsibilities

  • Create Centrer of Excelence in low-code / no-code tools,

  • Make business people technology savvy,

  • Prepare roadmaps for tools usage in the group,

  • Develop teams and their competences,

  • Manage risks,

  • Share best practices between different markets,

  • Perform a cyclical, functional review of tools on market

  • Promote digital solutions along whole organisation,

  • Reporting works progress, issues, changes and risks,

  • Cooperate with internal clients and external suppliers.

Our requirements

  • You have engineering experience in low-code/no-code tools,

  • You are a born leader with whom people are happy to work,

  • You enjoy making change,

  • You have worked with multinational teams,

  • You have structered problem solving mindset,

  • You want to have an impact on rapid development of a multinational financial group,

  • You know English at a level of at least B2 (international cooperation),

  • 3 years of experience in area of low-code / no-code tools,

  • Very good knowledge of classic and agile approach for change management,

  • Very high leadership skills,

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders,

  • Effectiveness, accuracy and responsibility for actions,

  • Being openminded and ability to challenge a status quo,

  • Very good command of English (at least B2 level).
