About the project
We are looking for a senior Fullstack Developer to lead our Technology Team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-capacity integrations and development capabilities with in-house and vendor-built applications, implementing new financial products, managing internal and prime broker data, and developing the data warehouse to support our growing business. As a Tech Lead, you will continuously improve our platforms using the latest technologies and software development ideas, develop close working relationships and collaborate with other technology teams to deliver cross-departmental initiatives, and work with DevOps teams to manage and resolve operational issues and leverage CI/CD platforms while following DevOps practices within the team and projects. Excellent verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential.
Your responsibilities
creating new software applications
delivering software enhancements and projects supporting fund accounting and trade processing technology
working closely with business stakeholders to develop software solutions using test-driven and agile software development methodologies.
designing cloud-based solutions to create scalable applications
improving the platforms using the latest technologies and software development ideas
Our requirements
3+ years of professional experience in marketing and data field.
Strong analytics and communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and SQL for data analysis and manipulation.
Analytical mindset and capability of processing large volume of data.
Proactive approach to gathering insights from various data sources.
English language skills, including the ability to read, write, and speak clearly (min. B1/B2).
