Your responsibilities

  • Co-creating our recruitment strategy

  • Pro-actively sourcing new talent and attracting potential employees

  • Preparing and posting job ads on internal and external career sites

  • Pre-screening, phone-screening, scheduling recruitment meetings with Hiring Managers, and keeping candidates up to date with the recruitment process

  • Participating in employer branding activities (meetups, workshops, conferences, etc.)

  • Upholding the company’s high standards of candidate experience

  • Supporting the onboarding process of new team members

Our requirements

  • 2+ year of experience in IT recruitment for technical positions (developers, engineers, testers, PMs). Additional experience with recruiting for non-technical positions will be an asset.

  • Experience in managing a full-cycle recruitment process

  • Knowledge and interest in IT Sourcing and IT recruitment trends

  • Experience in working with recruitment metrics

  • Impeccable communication skills, and great attention to detail

  • Hands-on attitude, good energy and teamwork attitude

  • Full Polish language proficiency and English language proficiency on a B2 level minimum

  • Willingness to learn constantly
