About the project

We evangelize the market about Samsung products and technologies. Also, we conduct workshops and technical consultations for customers, after which we design and build "tailor-made" solutions for them. We also provide technical after-sales support for our business partners.

Your responsibilities

  • Providing technical expertise in area of PC solutions for Samsung customers in Europe

  • Gathering requirements and leading technical activities to address customer specific needs

  • Support Sales departments in creating and following sales opportunities

  • Providing technical presentations for customers and partners

  • Providing support during fairs and events (business development, setup, troubleshooting etc.)

  • Delivering speeches / lectures during fairs and events

  • Maintaining good relationships and direct contact with customers and partners

  • Supporting Marketing department in planning and developing B2B product portfolio

  • Reporting activities to management

  • Working on customer side providing direct technical support. National and abroad traveling up to 50%

Our requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field

  • Professional experience with PC enterprise solutions (Windows)

  • PC technical pre-sales skills and experience

  • Good understanding of IT processes and services (technical and sales)

  • Dynamic person, not afraid of challenges, team player

  • Excellent work organization, communication and management skills

  • Excellent knowledge of English – preparing official technical documentation, presenting and training in English


  • PC BIOS development experience

  • Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager/Microsoft Deployment Toolkit setup experience

  • Windows Autopilot and Google Zero Touch environment setup experience

  • Experience in working with B2B customers

  • Knowledge of Samsung B2B product portfolio

  • Knowledge of mobile B2B solutions including: Samsung Knox, Mobile Device Management systems, Android Enterprise and other mobile enterprise solutions

  • Fluency in additional European language (French, German, Italian, Spanish)
