Your responsibilities

  • Drafting reports for a client and performing administrative tasks based on policy documentation; Ensuring that process documentation is up-to-date; overall ownership of projects

  • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for processes and resolving issues; identifying areas of non-value-added activities and potential efficiency gains; making sure that the level of service is continuously improving

  • Participating in or leading meetings and transition projects in order to define requirements and operational improvement needs

  • Crafting, implementing and developing support materials for solutions to be implemented, such as procedures and training manuals

  • Coordinating and planning projects as well as ensuring the success of project’s closure

  • Conducting trainings for new joiners and other colleagues; coaching and mentoring less experienced colleagues

  • Working closely with other teams/internal clients to ensure that all work is carried out in a timely manner and to a high standard

Our requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with client focus;

  • Language skills: English and German min. C1 level

  • Advanced Excel skills; ability to analyze data and check its accuracy

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks according to volumes

  • Knowledge of insurance market would be an asset
