About the project

As a Technical Architect you will work with the Project managers, Business Analysts, Developers and Testers on end-to-end solution or component design and implementation, providing technical oversight through to transition into Production. In this role you will oversee the delivery process throughout the implementation cycle. You will function independently as the technical Subject Matter Expert for the end to end solution and provide direction to other associates on the technical aspects of changes, issues, and research in a self-directed manner.

Your responsibilities

  • Works with Sales, Development, Customer Success teams and vendors to analyse requirements and specific technology capabilities to create estimates and design

  • Takes part in Discovery phase to iron out the requirements and build design

  • Creates High Level Designs and updates relevant documentation

  • Guides developers and testers on specific aspects of the designed system architecture throughout Software Lifecycle

  • Defines and adheres to Acxiom solution standards, estimates, processes, policies, and procedures.

  • Keeps being up to date and evaluates the latest Acxiom and industry news, trends, products, services, competitors, and relevant existing and emerging technologies

  • Takes part in daily stand-ups to discuss progress and challenges

  • Gets involved in technical investigations to resolve issues and unblock developers

Our requirements

  • Strong Experience in Technical Architecture

  • Proven experience in delivering highly complex solutions covering multiple technologies

  • Proven technical team leadership to deliver solution enhancement, modifications, issues management or research for clients

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills as well as people skills that are proven in a global and internationally oriented work environment

  • Ability to be fully functional and self-directed on complex solutions

  • Experience with designing AWS & ETL solutions

Optional

  • Development experience (Python, SQL, API Gateway)

  • Cloud Architect certifications desired with a strong preference to AWS.

  • Experience on design and implementation of cloud-first solutions that integrate with3rd party Martech & Adtech tools.

  • Experience with GCP or any other cloud provider

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Salesforce C360
