Technical Content Editor Manager

Your responsibilities

Position Description

We are searching for a driven, detail-oriented technical content creator to produce high-quality outputs for our intranet. As part of the global internal communications team, you have the opportunity to contribute to the shaping of our new internal communications platform. The content creator will update existing material, generate novel work, and identify new ways to reach employees.

You should focus on appealing to employees' interests by consulting on and creating engaging material and ensure consistency in our internal communications style and tone of voice.

Content Creator Responsibilities:

* Transfer technical requirements from user voice to IT

* Technical expert inside the content creator team

* Develop and enhance search experience inside the new intranet

* Utilizing SEO methods to increase site traffic

* Suggesting new ways to promote company topics and to reach employees

* Monitoring intranet and collaboration tolls metrics

* Using internal channels to engage employees, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives

* Assisting employees with the creation of internal content for the intranet

* Identify target audiences, and suggests appropriate delivery channels.

* Manages, writes, edits, and develops communication deliverables. Ensures the overall consistency, branding and tone, aligns with internal communications strategies and initiatives

* Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for intranet and other digital internal communications channels
