Your responsibilities

  • Providing 1st and 2nd level of technical support: trouble shooting, applications, documentation and product information (via telephone, email and through the SAP system),

  • Resolving product or service problems,

  • Ensuring and providing quality service to internal and external customers,

  • Support and prepare the administration in relation to warranty failures,

  • Continuous improvement of technical know-how, language skills and software understanding.

Our requirements

  • Proficiency in Italian and English language,

  • Very good communication skills and customer orientation,

  • Previous experience in customer service,

  • Tech savvy attitude and technical curiosity.


  • Knowledge of SAP,

  • Spanish language.

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

As a Back Office Technical Support Specialist you will be providing 1st and 2nd level technical support online dealers and end users in all technical aspects relating to weighing and electro-chemistry products.

You will investigate technical issues by checking, making simulations on available equipment and then decide if the device should be replaced, easily fixed by you or sent to service team.
