Your responsibilities
Scope, shape and coordinate base case technical scope and benchmarks for Polish projects
Own initiatives to strengthen local content, supply chain relations, sector deal etc.,
Act as line manager for all technical resources based in Poland
Coordinate allocation of resources to projects and ensure portfolio view is maintained
Act as key technical representative in relation to portfolio development and partnership setup
Represent the technical discipline or Equinor management in various arenas
Our requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or similar area
Ten years’ experience from engineering in large complex projects, ideally renewables
Experienced in establishing footprints in new/developing markets
Robust understanding of business case drivers and value creation
Relevant experience in working with key stakeholders and industry associations, incl. technical standards settings bodies (ministries, certification- and design institutes)
Native Polish speaker with excellent English skills
