Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for ensuring that customer requirements are understood and translated into robust processes, which comply with legal and quality approval requirements.

You will be engaged in work streams such as: non-conformance management, concession processing, source changes.

The role will also require controlling and modifying information systems to ensure information is current and up to date, as well as managing and maintaining data in compliance with regulations.

Our requirements

  • Engineering Degree or equivalent

  • Experience in quality assurance/ engineering roles - minimum 4 years

  • Good communication skills (experience in communicating with customers/suppliers)

  • Experience with working in a manufacturing environment

  • Experience with NCR management (8D reports, 3C’s, RMA’s, containment activities)

  • Very good command of English (minimum B2 Level)

  • Ability to read technical drawings / analyze complex technical specifications

  • Experience with ERP systems (experience with Oracle JD Edwards would be an asset)

  • Experience in the Aerospace industry would be an asset

  • Good attention to details

  • Good MS Excel skills

  • French language (minimum B1 level)
