Your responsibilities

  • Answering customer requests or inquiries in Italian

  • Providing customers via phone or chat with innovative solutions to meet their needs

  • Delivering first-class customer experience

  • Creating a positive impression of the support team

Our requirements

  • Excellent Italian written and spoken language skills are a must

  • Good knowledge of English

  • Availability to work on a shift schedule
