    Technical Helpdesk Specialist
    Location: Olsztyn

    What would you do as a Technical Helpdesk Specialist?

    • Effectively analyse and solve the online technical system issues reported by the client via email or calls. This includes: resetting passwords or fixing log in issues
    • Efficiently utilise both internal and client facing systems
    • Provide practical solutions to the clients and internal stakeholders
    • Where necessary, escalate the issue to the Level 2 support
    • Deliver customer satisfaction and good quality service
    • Support clients with reporting tools


    • Minimum one year of experience in customer service
    • Fluent English
    • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Business to Business Customer Service skills are preferable
    • Analytical and methodical approach
    • Effective time management and strong multitasking abilities
    • Must be proactive and prepared to investigate issues on own initiative with the minimum of information
    • Display a high level of attention to detail
    • Team-player
    • Strong customer orientation
