Your responsibilities
- This is an opportunity to further develop your professional competence and the possibility to pursue your future professional career in many different directions
- Provide excellent customer support
- Answering incoming customer calls and help clients with their issues
- Follow-up and solving incidents
- Responding to incoming emails
- Ensuring that service quality levels, meet with the expectations of the company
Our requirements
- Fluent knowledge of French and German and one of the following language (Spanish, Russian, Italian, Romanian, Portuguese)
- Communicative level of English B2/C1
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in the team
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
