About the project
We invite you to the one of the largest speech and language processing teams in Europe. We work closely with other R&D teams to develop and test our next-generation personal Intelligent Assistant. In our lab engineers, researchers, and linguists work together on innovative products for the multilingual European market. We define the way users access, explore and interact with devices, knowledge, information, and services.
Your responsibilities
Development of new features for our next-generation personal Intelligent Assistant
Implementation, localization, and improvement of Intelligent Assistant applications from the natural language (NL) perspective (NL training, language resources, annotation)
Maintenance of test set annotation and E2E testing on various devices
Real world scenario modelling with JS-based modelling language
Collaboration with NLP (natural language processing) engineers
Our requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in linguistics, philology or related fields (Spanish)
Practical knowledge and experience in formal grammars and syntax
Basic skills and/or interest in programming with scripting languages (Bash, Python, Ruby, JS)
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, mathematics, telecommunications or related fields.
Foreign language skills (Spanish) at the C1-C2 level
English proficiency at a level that allows for easy communication at a professional setting
Optional
Skills in Linux, Git (both command-line and platforms such as Github and Gitlab)
Interest in in Artificial Intelligence and/or Natural Language Processing (especially with a focus on Natural Language Understanding)
Experience in building or integrating web services (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, JSON, RESTful API)
Practical knowledge of at least one scripting language like Python or Ruby or Bash
