Podanie danych osobowych, o których mowa w lit. a) powyżej jest dobrowolne, ale konieczne do wzięcia udziału w rekrutacji.  Podanie danych i wyrażenie zgód, o których mowa w lit. b) oraz c) powyżej jest dobrowolne i nie wpływa na możliwość udziału w rekrutacji (nie będzie podstawą niekorzystnego traktowania kandydata i nie będzie stanowiło przyczyny uzasadniającej odmowę zatrudnienia). 
 
Dane osobowe zbierane w celu realizacji procesu rekrutacji oraz dane przetwarzane w oparciu o zgodę na przyszłe rekrutacje przez będą przetwarzane przez okres 36 miesięcy. W razie cofnięcia zgody na przyszłe rekrutacje lub wykorzystanie wizerunku dane te zostaną niezwłocznie usunięte.
 
Przewidywane kategorie odbiorców danych: pracownicy działu HR, rekruterzy techniczni  oraz kadra kierownicza decydująca o zatrudnieniu. Dane osobowe będą przekazywane do USA.
 
Przysługuje Pani/Panu prawo do żądania od administratora dostępu do danych osobowych dotyczących swojej osoby, ich sprostowania, usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania, a także prawo sprzeciwu oraz prawo do przenoszenia danych.
 
Przysługuje Pani/Panu także prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego (Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych albo Generalnego Inspektora Ochrony Danych Osobowych). Informuję, iż Pani/Pana dane będą przetwarzane w sposób zautomatyzowany na etapie zawierania umowy w celu weryfikacji prawidłowości podanych danych, niemniej jednak nie będzie to prowadziło do zautomatyzowanego podejmowania decyzji.

The Technical Lead (TL) owns the architectural decisions for the team. In this role you will:

  • Design the overall technological architecture of the product with the help of the team
  • Guide project teams on technology strategy related to coding practices, continuous integration and automated deployment

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4-6+ years leadership experience working
  • Bachelor or Masters in CS, MIS, Software Engineering or equivalent engineering/technical degree
  • Seen as an expert within the technical components of the domains/products/journeys
  • Seasoned developer or technical lead with deep insight into newest technologies and trends and nice to have experience with functional programming
  • Can make architecture decisions at a team and product level
  • Be able to code and architect back and frontend solutions with multiple types or architecture
  • Familiar with production Cloud/DevOps environments
  • Experience in Agile Development, with specific Solution Architect (or similar) experience preferred
  • Understands relationship with Product Owner, Design Lead and rest of technical team
  • Experience managing technical priorities within the Backlog
  • Experience managing the overall delivery through the aligned team
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to distill information from disparate data sources and the capability to tell the story behind it, as well as recommendations for next steps
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements
