Your responsibilities
- cooperate with internal clients and stakeholders to understand their challenges
- define strategy and roadmap for platforms and services
- assess the impact of all work items, such as new features, improvements and bugs
- break down high-level product features into smaller iterations and ensure technical requirements are available and understood by the Scrum team
- collaborate with other Technical Product Owners to resolve dependencies between requirement areas and products
- prioritise user stories and tasks in an effective product backlog to optimise the output and throughput of the development team
- keep track of industry trends
Our requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or System Architect in a cross-functional software development team
- Familiarity with agile software development in Go, Python or Java
- You are detail-oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure smooth delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adjust to audiences of different technical ability from senior business sponsors to IT Architects
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Experience in working with at least one of the following systems: core banking / transaction processing / accounting / payments
Optional
- Scrum Product Owner certification (CSPO)
- Experience in working with blockchain technology
- Ability to work with large data sets
- Expertise in Cloud (GCP cloud) technologies
- Knowledge of BaaS (Banking as a Service) methodology
