- Provide Leadership for global R&D Program developing our product portfolio
- Shape Program and Maintain schedule with on time delivery according roadmaps and commitments
- Maintain workload and capacity in order to ensure proper balance
- Manage Program budget and value adding governance. Identify appropriate mitigation of all risks and capture opportunities
- Lead the Program Team members to successful completion of assigned tasks with the required quality
- Interface to internal and external stakeholders ensure proper communication and support for the team and program that leads to delivery on time
- Manage scope of the program and track changes. Keep in target the customer’s acceptance criteria
- Report progress and relevant KPI’s to the company management
Our requirements
- Technical or business university degree in relevant field
- 5 years of Project/ Program Management experience in R&D or engineering of software and hardware development process, certification/homologation
- Demonstrates a strong communication and leadership skills to influence others with professionalism
- A high degree of commercial acumen, couple with strong man-management skills at all levels
- Customer orientation and ownership for all necessary actions to ensure committed delivery
- Organized and result minded with problem solving skills
- As a person you are self-driven, flexible with excellent time management skills
- Willing to travel internationally for short periods
- Fluent English – both spoken and written
Optional
- Excellent technical knowledge and hand-on experience with Project Management tools and methodologies (a PMP/ Agile / PMI / Prince 2 certification)
- Knowledge of Alstom’s signalling products and systems
