Your responsibilities
In this role you will:
Be in charge of all Huuuge 3rd party business software - mostly SaaS. Be in charge of all new software introductions into the company ecosystem, maintain the relations with vendors and software users and work on software decommissioning if no longer required. We also want this person to lead IT and Security internal projects.
New solution implementation:
● Be the owner of new software implementation process - work closely on with Users, IT,
Security, Legal, Data Officer to ensure new software meets all stakeholder requirements
● Review, update and co-author software requirements and review alternative solutions
● Review and approve functional and technical designs and technical solutions.
● Assist with solution testing and test automation processes.
● Management and tracking of projects according to agreed-upon scope, timing and budgets.
● Play the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects.
● Simultaneously develop and lead multiple implementation/upgrade projects and initiatives.
Vendor management:
● Be the owner of company 3rd party applications portfolio
● Optimize the portfolio by removing similar solutions
● Control licensing terms and conditions and number of users at the company
● Speak with vendors about key incidents and problems, control SLAs
● Review upcoming software updates and plan them into Huuuge calendars
● Review and plan the budgets for 3rd party software
● Track changes, enhancements and new solutions that could improve Huuuge employees
productivity or increase profit
Our requirements
- Deep experience in IT technologies, including networking, cloud,
- Deep experience in business technologies, like financial, HR or other back office systems,
- Some years of experience in project management in IT area,
- Exceptional team and project management skills,
- Great communication skills,
- The ability to facilitate constructive and successful meetings,
- A positive and professional attitude towards your responsibilities,
- Experience with JIRA,
- Experience in working in a company with multiple offices,
- Experience in working with outsourcing,
- Experience with vendor management, negotiations and sla tracking,
- Experience in budget management.
