Your responsibilities

  • Delivering the several SM projects simultaneously, from providing technical scoping with internal customer and business stakeholders, From early beginning (project concept development) to the late end (project close and learning from past experience session). Lead, engage, coordinate, manage and motivate the relevant multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Work in accordance with the cluster supplier approved database

  • Adhere to the Mars technical standards as provided by global and regional engineering team.

  • Strong collaboration with and support to the site Operation and Reliability teams to improve the site performance on factory kpi’s like TRS, NQC,

  • Responsible for the integration of human safety, Q&FS and environment CSF’s into technical solutions, as well as all other relevant legal obligations, during installation and execution of the project. This requires supervision, management and development of contractors, etc).

  • Responsible for timely review and stakeholder-management of engineering Small Minor Projects.

  • Responsible to deliver SIG goals and benefits in the Small Minor Projects

  • First level of engineering escalation at plant level through the FMOS process.

  • Keep up to date on industry standards, best practices and trends in his expertise area.

  • Provides feedback to the regional team on the functional delivery of standardized assets.

Our requirements

  • Technical engineering BSC

  • 3-5 years engineering/technical experience & investment- project managment, preferable with relevant project management experience in the Food-industry.

  • A good and broad knowledge of Process & Packaging systems/lines is required

Introduction/Job Purpose

The Reporting & Insights Specialist plays a critical role in providing expertise in designing, executing and maintaining efficient, secure and integrated reporting solutions that will drive business results and improve user experience through digitization, self-service and automation.

Core responsibilities include the production of high-quality reports and dashboards in compliance with P&O Data Model & Governance, serving our Enterprise People Strategy and answering a clear business need. This means not only organizing, presenting and analysing the data in a meaningful and user-friendly way, but providing insights, patterns, trends and potential actions as appropriate.

A key focus of the incumbent of this role is to develop, standardize and proactively provide P&O data and insights to help drive our people strategy in service of our stakeholders served (Business Leaders/ BPs and Corporate teams).
