We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to join a technology company that specializes in UI/UX, eCommerce and provides proactive, on-demand teams of digital experts to help the business of its customers from the UK and USA.
Your responsibilities
- Collaboration with the dev team and management of stakeholders identified
- Utilizing YouTrack as the primary project management tool. Experience working with Jira, ClickUp, and other tools is a great advantage
- Monitoring projects being in scope to ensure that projects remain on track, meet deadlines, stay under budget, and develop according to the plan
- Identifying if the client request is within the scope, being able to judge where the request stands in terms of priorities within the other ongoing work
- Creating document templates for: Scope of work, Estimations, Work progress, Tutorials for clients on how to use certain features (with technical support), Knowledge base for projects - URLs, accounts, accesses
Our requirements
- Great English and excellent communication skills
- Experience managing projects remotely
- Experience communicating with non-technical clients and technical developers
- Experience in at least one of the following managing programs: YouTrack, Trello, Jira, Asana, ClickUp
- Willingness to work with a few hours overlap with the US time zone (to be agreed on details)
