Your responsibilities

Our requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting or technology focused role

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent years of industry experience

  • Ability to work with third party vendors

  • Ability to execute multiple projects within deadlines

  • Consulting experience preferred

  • Comfortable with uncertainty

  • Passion for emerging technology applications

  • Project Management experience preferred

  • Experience with Appian, MS Power Platform and/or AWS preferred

This Technical Project Manager role will reside in the Aon Business Services (ABS) organization as part of the Process Excellence (PEX) Automation team. The PEX Automation Team develops, deploys, and supports global automation applications. The PEX Automation team partners with business users across all Aon service lines in all regions to develop and deploy Automation applications. We partner with third party vendors to develop and support our applications.

The Technical Project Manager will primarily be supporting the Workflow and Automated Data Entry capabilities within the Automation team. This person will be responsible for leading or managing vendors to support the development of applications, serve as liaisons to business teams, support deployment of new capabilities, and maintain ongoing application support efforts with the assistance of third party vendors. The Technical Project Manager is expected to work globally and ensure effective communication and engagement with stakeholders at all levels to support the overall business strategy and effectively manage stakeholder relations.
