Supervising all aspects of project managementEnsure client projects are delivered on time and on budget and meet all business requirements and specifications
Working with business, infrastructure and software teams to coordinate development and delivery, manage project risks, identify and resolve issues as they arise
Preparation of required project management documentation such as detailed project plans (Microsoft Project), action item logs, project estimates, resource plans and status reports
Monitoring project performance and liaising regularly with the project sponsor, stakeholders and executive team
Supervising the development and management of standard operating procedures within industry best practices and PCI guidelines and standards
Influencing and contributing to successful organisational change, including new ways of doing business
5 years' experience managing technical or customer-facing projects
PMP certification required
Proficient in Microsoft Project
Organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize and balance the needs of multiple participants and projects
Utilization of technical support resources to better assist our customers with any enquiries
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in making decisions that impact the company.
Ability to manage time effectively, work under pressure and set personal deadlines with limited supervision
Experience in the payments area
Experience of using Microsoft Visio
Experience working with IT operations or infrastructure teams
