Your responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end technical recruiting process
Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter
Provide an excellent candidate interview experience and be the first point of contact between Elemy and the candidate
Research trends in hiring to stay on top of best-in-class technical hiring practices
Manage multiple searches simultaneously
Innovate on ways to build strong technical pipelines, evolve existing processes and playbooks to develop creative engagement strategies
Our requirements
3-5 years of technical recruiting experience
Excellent understanding of recruitment processes in a growth company
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse
Unrelenting drive and grit - a willingness to succeed at all costs, being cognizant of Elemy’s company values while holding an analytical/proactive mindset
Effective in negotiation, influencing, building trust and communication with technical talent
High level of integrity and strong sense of confidentiality
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills and grows from ambiguity
Excellent time-management skills
Is a strategic business partner and inherently collaborative
