Your responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end technical recruiting process
- Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter
- Provide an excellent candidate interview experience and be the first point of contact between Elemy and the candidate
- Research trends in hiring to stay on top of best-in-class technical hiring practices
- Manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Innovate on ways to build strong technical pipelines, evolve existing processes and playbooks to develop creative engagement strategies
Our requirements
- 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes in a growth company
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse
- Unrelenting drive and grit - a willingness to succeed at all costs, being cognizant of Elemy’s company values while holding an analytical/proactive mindset
- Effective in negotiation, influencing, building trust and communication with technical talent
- High level of integrity and strong sense of confidentiality
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills and grows from ambiguity
- Excellent time-management skills
- Is a strategic business partner and inherently collaborative
