Technical Sales Manager (f/m/x)

Your responsibilities

  • Establish new as well as develop existing customer networks with the aim of building long-term relationships with clients and key accounts

  • Provide technical and commercial support to customers

  • Propose, create, (technically) evaluate product specifications from an application point of view

  • Solve customer inquiries and answer customer service needs and complaints

  • Achieve profit and sales targets by managing a constant sales project pipeline - from preparation and negotiation to contract closure

  • Monitor and analyse the market and competition including identification of new market potential, follow-up of business opportunities and internal feedback

  • On-site monitoring of projects, providing in-depth technical and economical customer advice

Our requirements

  • You have completed a technical education with preference in electronics or IT

  • You have experience in the project business preferably in the electronics industry with sales of hi-tech solutions

  • You have a proven track record of profitable long-term business partnerships and strong commercial mind-set

  • You are a great communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills

  • You are a natural relationship builder who works closely with colleagues to ensure that the customer is at the heart of everything you do

  • You have the ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

  • You encounter challenges with a positive attitude and have an interest in technology

  • You have a curious mind with a desire for continuous improvement and development

  • You have a high level of computer skills (MS Office..) and full professional proficiency in Polish and very good English skills
