Your responsibilities

  • Work primarily with German-speaking (Swiss) DACH regional clients. Please only apply if you speak fluent German (you will be interviewed in German)
  • Your primary responsibility is to ensure that our customers receive an outstanding customer experience. You will work with customers throughout the customer’s lifecycle to ensure the customer receives maximum value from our solution. You will work with our customers to build relationships, learn about their businesses, and drive value based on our customers defined goals and objectives
  • Own and manage a portfolio of strategic/enterprise customers and execute on key objectives across the entire portfolio
  • Develop strategic relationships with customers to deliver maximum value for the customer and telXira. Ensure customers take full advantage of all features and services resulting in strong customer health and retention
  • Understand the organisational structure of the customer company, identifying the areas that present a deep strategic partnership opportunity. Build and grow multiple relationships across a customer’s organisation
  • Develop success plans and business reviews for customers that outline critical success factors, metrics for success, potential issues, and recommendations
  • Work within teams with Development and Support to drive the implementation of your customers initiatives and projects to expand telXira’s revenue, add business value to the customer, create and communicate best practices, and evangelise product value
  • Manage commercial offers, change requests, platform issues
  • Develop product ideas or improvements, based on users’ requirements for future service improvements
  • Business analysis of new products;
  • Creating & analysing business cases for new opportunities
  • Perform risk management

Our requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing customer relationships, including C-level relationships with the client organisation
  • 5+ years experience in a customer facing role of a highly technical product
  • 3+ years experience in account management of strategic customers
  • Project management experience
  • Passion for customers and problem solving
  • High technical aptitude and strong business acumen
  • Clear communicator with strong presentation skills (web, phone and onsite)
  • Analytical with ability to interpret customer data and trends, leveraging data to build POV
  • Solid knowledge of SDLC (Sales Development Lifecycle), with budgeting and contracting
  • Ability to run several projects simultaneously
  • Strong detail orientation and high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to write and maintain both product and project documentation
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
  • Experience working in Telecom or Cloud Communications is preferred
