Technical Sales Manager

Your responsibilities would consist of the management of the major projects for the teamtechnik clients, budget and cost estimating, through phased engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning in a World Class Manufacturing environment:

  • Manage sales activities and pursuing business opportunities with tactical and operational focus
  • Work with the internal team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives, increase the opportunities and maximize revenue for organization
  • Identify potential clients, research and build relationships
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations
  • Accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities
  • Collect market intelligence based on demand-side analysis, implement well-conceived Marketing & Sales strategy

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and/or work experience (Mechanical, Electrical Engineering)
  • 4+ years direct work experience in a similar capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
  • Experience with a successful record of accomplishment safely leading the completion of several major industrial project installations
  • Competent and proficient understanding of business solutions
  • Recognized Expert for industrial facilities, experienced in directing engineering, consulting and construction resources within heavy industrial manufacturing environments on major capital project teams
  • Demonstrated record of project assignments completed on/under budget, on/ahead of required dates
