Technical Sales Manager Nutritional Health – CEE Region

Your responsibilities

  • Driving sales activities and generate new businesses together with both sales divisions Nutrition and Pharma by providing knowledge about ingredients and value-added services in Nutritional Health

  • Leading technical and scientific support to our customer base to develop new opportunities

  • Creating the link and make it efficient with the Nutrition & Pharma Account and Business Managers to know perfectly the ingredients portfolio and its evolution and be able to the covered territories for an optimal sales transformation

  • Maintaining appropriate level of product knowledge, efficient level of European regulation and specificities of the covered territories

  • Continuously seeking new market and product sales opportunities

  • Developing a strategy for launching new goods and services on the market and coordinating and monitoring its implementation

  • Preparing training and information materials on new goods/services/technological solutions

  • Cooperating closely with technologists from Food and Nutrition Innovation & Application Center

  • Guiding with market trends as well as information on competitors activities

  • Keeping track record in respective CRM systems and responsibilities for project pipeline management

Our requirements

  • Higher education, preferably in chemistry, nice to have in Nutrition, Biology, Pharmacy

  • Several years of experience in Food Supplements market, especially in ingredients providers or distributors

  • Strong technical and scientific knowledge in Nutritional Health ingredients (Botanicals, Vitamins, Minerals and other healthy nutrients)

  • Good understanding of Food Supplements European Regulation, its constraints, its opportunities

  • Independence self-starter, pro-activity and creativity in action, and the ability to think outside the box and make decisions independently

  • “Yes, I can” attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and schedule work to meet business needs

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to build good relationships across a large organization and work in a multicultural environment, team-oriented approach

  • Goal oriented person, contribute effectively to a target driven environment

  • Fluent command of English is must have
