Your responsibilities

  • Create constructive relationships with internal customers whom require support and assistance

  • Perform administrative duties on salesforce, such as adding / removing users, permission sets, problem solving

  • Process requests for help through salesforce chatter, or the Sales Operations Mailbox

  • Provide support to sales people & sales people through on-screen sharing and communication, to enable them to understand how to use salesforce system and resolve issues they are facing

  • Escalate requests that are unsolvable to the UK Head of Salesforce for resolve

  • Create and maintain data insights from Salesforce Lightening for sales management

  • Assist in testing Salesforce changes and enabling new functionality, under guidance of the UK Salesforce Leader

  • Monitor, flag & chase data quality issues to conclusion

  • Provide ad hoc data extracts when needed

  • If required, provide basic salesforce training to a new sales starter

  • If requested to, join pipeline drill calls to present insight data, to support a Sales Director’s conversation with their team

  • Work with colleagues to ‘team to win’ where and when need, supporting each other when work load needs balancing

Our requirements

  • Experience providing basic administration on Salesforce & use of Salesforce chatter (Doesn’t need to be certified, this can be done as part of the job)

  • Excellent English language communication skills

  • Ability to build constructive relationships with others
