Your responsibilities

  • building long-term business relationships

  • analysis of technical solutions and development of customer needs

  • technical and technological advice on the selection, configuration, optimization, programming and use of CNC SINUMERIK control systems

  • conducting training in CNC SINUMERIK operation and technological programming

  • consultations and practical implementations in the field of dedicated CNC technological solutions, e.g. "Additive Manufacturing"

  • promoting new Digitization trends in the field of CNC manufacturing techniques, i.e. Digital Twin, Edge Computing, Big Data and AI

  • substantive support in negotiating projects/solution proposals in cooperation with sales representatives and managers

  • transfer of knowledge within the organization and on the market among customers about the solutions offered by Siemens

  • after-sales service support

  • coordination of tasks, projects or services (including international)

  • translation of selected issues in the field of CNC, preparation of input material for marketing campaigns (workshop, fairs, conferences, trainings)

  • proper documentation of work and reporting

Our requirements

  • engineer degree in the field of mechatronics, mechanical engineering or relevant

  • minimum 8 years of professional experience in the area of the machine tool industry

  • knowledge and experience in the field of machine design and selection / configuration of numerical control systems (preferably CNC SINUMERIK) and servo drives used in machine tools

  • very good knowledge of the technology and preparation of machining operations (G-code, ShopMill / ShopTurn - conversational programming systems, CAD / CAM, preferred NX), experience in Additive Manufacturing (preferred DED – Direct Energy Deposition, JetFusion, production of carbon fiber laminates)

  • knowledge of the basics of managing OT/IT communication networks

  • quality and results orientation

  • practical experience in technical sales issues

  • fluent knowledge of English language, German language is also welcome

  • fluent knowledge of Polish language

  • readiness to travel on business trips (domestic and foreign)

  • communication skills, including public speaking skills

  • ability to take initiative dealing with clients

  • experience in cooperation in an international group

For the Digital Industries Motion Control division, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Technical Sales Support Expert (CNC SINUMERIK), who will be responsible for promotion, technical-technological consulting and cooperation with strategic customers (machine tool builders, Education Institutions, dealers and E-Users of the CNC machines) in the field of CNC solutions offered by Siemens.
