Your responsibilities

  • Understand the scope and basic nature of the contract (e.g. outsourcing, SAP operations, workplace service etc.), the Fujitsu-internal solution set-up and the customer

  • Read and understand the pricing section of the customer contract

  • Request and process information from the account about any additional agreements with the customer

  • For already existing accounts there ususally is an Excel template which is currently used to calculate and create an customer invoice. This already existing Excel template includes information that was added after the customer contract was signed. It can be change requests and other more or less well documented agreements with the customer how to interpret and invoice consumption data. The task of the enablement team includes the interpretaion (and often reverse-engineering) of the existing Excel template to get an understanding how the account is currently getting invoiced

  • Translate the contract information (and the results of the analysis of the current billing template if applicable) into a rule-set that can be applied when processing monthly data with IDB. For this a standardized template is used which provides a formalized basis for communication between account and Enablement Team plus between Enablement Team and IDB Team

  • Understand content reqirement for monthly input data and match available input files with these requirements. Define monthly input files and any required additional information and agree the provision of such with the account

  • In case the available input data is not sufficient to apply the pricing rule-set in the IDB (e.g. keywords not available) define key-mapping files ("lookup files") to add missing information to the data at the time of import into the IDB.

  • Brief the IDB team in GDC about the pricing parameters and rule set. Work with GDC to produce an initial output to be presented to and discussed with the account

  • Participate in monthly update call with the account and manage change to the standard pricing template, rules and input data together with GDC Kazan by translating the information received from the account into the required formal description and templates required by IDB

  • Define and execute quality checks of IDB output vs. the contract-compliant result expected by the account. Check for consistency and correct application of tempaltes and rules. Initiate and lead the required communication with account and/or GDC IDB team to resolve any quaklity issues regarding input requirements and IDB output.

  • Very good to excellent Excel knowledge. Very good command of the Excel functions related to data analysis, data management and reporting. Interest in Math and numbers.
