Your responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and disputes related to invoicing
Administration of contracts signed with customers
Complete on time invoicing of contracts and on demand services provided to customers.
Administer Warranty and Extended Warranty of new devices
Participate in regional client operations meetings
Build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
Our requirements
Fluency in English and also in one of 4 languages such as French or German or Spanish or Italian
Experience in the field of customer service/customer operations/administrative activities – nice to have
Excellent organizational and strong communication skills
Ability to organize workload and prioritize tasks
Proactive and positive approach
Customer and result oriented
General IT knowledge (Windows, MS Office)
Willingness to work in the office at least 2 days per week

Summary
Administration Responsibilities for the Technical Service Operations, including administrative tasks related to contract management, invoicing, Warranty and Extended, maintenance of devices database, Car Stocks maintenance and cycle count for EMEA Countries.
