Technical Services Associate with German

Your responsibilities

• Supporting Qurate Retail Group employees worldwide in terms of all IT – related issue

• Documenting problems and resolutions and creates documents for knowledge transfer

• Providing access to systems/applications, working closely with applications development team members, and following established procedures, including ensuring compliance with applicable regulations

• Performing a higher level of investigation which may include more time-consuming diagnosis and multiple steps

• May be managing multiple client services processes during an outage, including coordination with other areas of IT, with guidance from more senior team members.

The service Desk supports our employees with all IT-related issues. Knowledge Management Team makes sure that our Knowledge Base is up to date and all troubleshooting steps are well described. Training and Quality Team is responsible for preparation of our new Team Members and auditing quality of our service. Remote Desktop Support provides advanced technical support to US and UK Team Members and cooperates closely with site support groups within these locations. Identity Access Management takes care of access provisioning and termination processes across QRG brands. Data Privacy is a part of global Cybersecurity group and focuses on information security processes adherence, GDP regulations and data flow mappings for all applications inside QRG. We support our colleagues from US, UK, Germany, and Italy
