Technical Support Coordinator, French and Spanish Speaker

Your responsibilities

  • Manage effectively customers' queries and complaints

  • Help customers to find a fast resolution for their problems and questions related to claims

  • Manage your own portfolio of claims from first notification to settlement

  • Use your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to support others in complex claims, problems and projects

  • Contact with third parties to ensure quick payments for our customers looses

  • Work closely with the Quality teams, follow up claims trends and preventive/corrective actions

  • Monitor and coordinating the complaint process between departments to assure prompt response back to customer

  • Prepare: statistics and reports related to claims, settlements for claims

  • Establish relationships and building trust with customers and factories

Our requirements

  • You have bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferably in quality field)

  • You have previous technical experience in converting/printing/ application/coating process desirable however not essential

  • You are fluent in French and English. Fluency in Spanish will be considered a very strong asset

  • You have well developed problem solving skills and ability to effectively assess situation

  • You have excellent communication skills with customers and internal functions ( both verbally and written)

  • You have good organization skills, multi-tasking and the ability to work under pressure

The position holder will report to Senior Technical Support Manager, EMEIA
