Your future tasks:

  • Coordinating shifts and support for critical Business periods
  • Keeping the rota up to date
  • Cooperation with Stakeholders and Scrum Managers
  • Cooperation with projects from Run Team perspective and needs
  • Keeping production up/stable and secure
  • Keeping documentation up to date (knowledge base)
  • Providing comprehensive service for system users by solving existing problems
  • Performing operational tasks, such as adding users and configuring permanent data, ensuring that they are performed accurately
  • Ensuring that any events that may affect system integrity are promptly escalated to the appropriate TDA or rescheduled as needed
  • Providing support so that the systems are fully compliant with all legal and audit requirements
  • Solving issues raised by central monitoring team, manage the storage, performance and configuration
  • Cooperation with DEV and DEVOps teams

Check what is important for us:

  • Understanding of the following technologies: Jira, Confluence, SharePoint scripting; Tomcat, IIS, SQL queries (MSSQL and Oracle), scripting language (e.g. Bash, PowerShell, Ruby), programming language (e.g. Java, node.js, JavaScript, .NET, PHP), version control platform (e.g. Git, Perforce, SVN)
  • Experience in networking protocols such as HTTP, TCP/IP
  • Knowledge of Web Services and AWS cloud
  • Experience in support / troubleshooting in applications and servers
  • Ability to manage and work in multiple applications and intertwined infrastructures
  • Ability to adapt to system infrastructure changes and quickly learn new systems
  • Ability to work under high pressure and flexibility which is tied to working on the live application that is essential for the financial processes of the whole company on global level
  • Fluent knowledge of English
