About the project

We provide a world-class technical support to Samsung Enterprise customers within the EMEA region. We are looking for an IT passionate with a can-do attitude who feels confident engaging with customers on a professional level. As a member of the Enterprise Technical Support team, you will be helping our customers succeed with Samsung products and solutions.

Your responsibilities

  • Collaborating with Samsung’s enterprise customers within EMEA, Global Samsung R&D teams, and 3rd parties.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving mobile devices related issues including interoperability between Samsung and 3rd party solutions (e.g. MDMs, VPNs, Active Directory, applications etc.).

  • Sharing knowledge with both internal and external partners.

  • Creating and reviewing technical documentation and training material.

  • Being ahead of the curve in new products and solutions.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical support (helpdesk/service desk).

  • Proficiency in oral and written English.

  • Demonstrated ability to track, troubleshoot, resolve and document time sensitive issues.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.

  • Travel required up to 5% of the time.


  • Knowledge and experience in Mobile Device Management systems.

  • Experience with Android.

  • Experience in technical support within the mobile sector.
