About the project
We provide a world-class technical support to Samsung Enterprise customers within the EMEA region. We are looking for an IT passionate with a can-do attitude who feels confident engaging with customers on a professional level. As a member of the Enterprise Technical Support team, you will be helping our customers succeed with Samsung products and solutions.
Your responsibilities
Collaborating with Samsung’s enterprise customers within EMEA, Global Samsung R&D teams, and 3rd parties.
Troubleshooting and resolving mobile devices related issues including interoperability between Samsung and 3rd party solutions (e.g. MDMs, VPNs, Active Directory, applications etc.).
Sharing knowledge with both internal and external partners.
Creating and reviewing technical documentation and training material.
Being ahead of the curve in new products and solutions.
Our requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical support (helpdesk/service desk).
Proficiency in oral and written English.
Demonstrated ability to track, troubleshoot, resolve and document time sensitive issues.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
Travel required up to 5% of the time.
Optional
Knowledge and experience in Mobile Device Management systems.
Experience with Android.
Experience in technical support within the mobile sector.
