Your responsibilities
Support pre & after-sales technical training, and implement after-sale services for customers in Poland
Support pre-sale plan by making PPT, product presentation & online training
Conduct customer research & analysis, collect and report customer feedback to R&D team in head office in Guangzhou, China
Assist sales for business development and business goal achievement by providing technical support
Our requirements
Electrical engineering background with more than one year of technical support experience,or technical background with rich experience in dealing with technical problems;
Fluent speaking in English and Polish, fluency in Chinese is a plus but not a must
Familiar with the operation principle of photovoltaic systems, including grid-connected inverter, energy storage inverter and AC coupled inverter
Able to implement simple after-sales maintenance,
Driving license is required in Poland
