About the project
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for handling 2nd line of Technical Support dedicated to supporting our deployed Cloud and Edge software solutions. You will collaborate closely with the 1st and 3rd line of Technical Support (Engineering, DevOps) teams ensuring the reported customer ticket responses meet our SLAs. You will interact with our customers through the ticketing system and email. You’ll have a chance to bring the cutting-edge relayr IoT management software to our key clients worldwide. You’ll be working directly with the engineering teams of our clients, assisting them in implementing technical solutions and in troubleshooting problems remotely and on site.

Installing, configuring and maintaining relayr IoT software
Facilitating the deployment of relayr software to client's infrastructure
Collaborating with software development, devops and quality assurance teams
Preparing monitoring for deployed devices
Configuring hardware used in the projects
Advanced issue debugging reported by the customers
Reproducing issues and collecting all needed information for L3
Building and documenting test environments based on the customer field deployments
Knowledge of Linux and computer networks
Knowledge of Python, Grafana, Jenkins software
Knowledge of Azure (infrastructure, alerting mechanism, maintenance)
Experience with virtualization platforms (i.a. Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of databases ()
Knowledge of REST API Interface
Good command of English
Degree in Computer Science or related fields
