    Technical Support Engineer - Voice & Transmission
    Job location: Katowice, Poland // Start date: As soon as possible

    Responsibilities:

    • 2nd Level Troubleshooting (NGN SIP network , Voice TDM) and analysis of multi-vendor fixed voice equipment (NSN (Class 5), Italtel (Class 5, Class 4), SBC / SBG Genband, Ericsson, Oracle, Ribbon, One Access (CNG), Huawei, Alcatel-Lucent)
    • Troubleshooting Voice routing, features, function and quality problems.
    • 2nd Level Troubleshooting and analysis of multi-vendor transmission equipment (SDH, PDH, xWDM: Marconi, Alcatel, Lucent, Siemens, Adva, Huawei)
    • Incident Management & Ticket Handling
    • Service Provisioning
    • Configuration of fixed net IP systems and tools
    • Escalation management
    • On call duty out of office time

    Requirements:

    • Language: Good German & English
    • Experience in telecommunication and Business Customer network troubleshooting
    • 3+ years working experience in related branch.
    • Understanding different protocols like SIP, IP, and ISUP.
    • Understanding of different voice equipment like iRPS, SBC / SBG.
    • Understanding of IMS-Networking is an advantage.
    • Technical know-how related to different mentioned technology vendors.
    • Good team work spirit and passion for Network technologies;
    • Independent working and self-learning
