Technical Support Junior Analyst
Purpose role is to ensure Customers are aware of the steps needed to keep their POS devices compliant with current requirements as well as keeping track and completing system updates related to POS devices both for direct and Partner Customers. Technical Support Junior Analyst will work with other business lines to ensure that entire Customer base will follow compliance recommendations and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound calls and guiding Customers through steps needed to ensure compliance with newest updates as well as providing instructions on POS device software updates
  • Keeping track of Customer base in scope and proactively reaching out to those for whom automated update process failed and requires a manual initialization
  • Updating the equipment management system to ensure proper record is saved and reflects the status on Customers side
  • Cooperation with the project team to coordinate between reactive and proactive efforts and tracking the overall progress of the project using a dedicated database
  • Providing support to Large Corporate Customers and their respective technical helpdesks to ensure network and project readiness


  • At least 1 year experience in Customer Service or other customer facing roles
  • Proficiency in Polish and English 
  • Additional language skillset including German, Czech, Slovak, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Italian and Spanish will be an advantage
  • Experience in technical support will be an advantage
  • Attention to details and experience working with CRM systems
  • Good communication skills
