Organize immediate Customer/End-User visits in case of claims
Support Customer/End-User via calls and emails in case of complex claims
Use your technical expertise and problem solving skills to support others in complex claims, problems and projects
Build relations and networking with customers
Build trust and relations with Quality and Sales departments
Demonstrate a high level of knowledge and experience of conversion, printing, application technology
Act as a link between customer and production sites in solving technically challenging cases and support the overall quality level improvement of the factories
Collect and share information internally about the latest industry solutions and technologies
Provide trainings for Customers/Technical Support Team/Quality Teams
You have bachelor’s or master’s degree
You have minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
You are fluent in written and spoken Polish and English. Russian is an asset
You have relevant knowledge of printing technologies and requirements for label converting and label applications process
You have excellent product knowledge of pressure sensitive label materials
You are innovative and have a results driven mind-set
You have well developed problem solving skills combined with a customer oriented thinking
You have excellent communication and co-operation skills with customer and internal functions ( both verbally and written)
You are able to travel to customers when needed
