Your responsibilities

  • We have a dedicated international team that provides an excellent level of customer service. You will be joining this team and fulfill an important, connecting role. You will work together with colleagues across the business such as Account Managers, Engineering, and IT to resolve customer concerns and queries. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accepting incoming support requests, incidents and problems by phone and email

  • Troubleshooting issues

  • Creating cases, registering all activities using a CRM system

  • Identifying problems that can affect our processes and escalating them accordingly.

  • Resolving reported issues according to existing protocols

  • Reporting undefined issues to higher level.

Our requirements

  • Have 1 – 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar role,

  • Are fluent in Polish and English (verbal and written),

  • Have interest in technology (IT / Telematics / Software / Mechanics)

  • Can identify, analyze, and resolve problems over the phone/ by email and enjoy creating efficient solutions,

  • Have strong communication skills,

  • Have excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and ability to multi-task,

  • Are flexible and independent worker as well as a team player.


  • Work experience in transport industry,

  • A completed bachelor’s degree,

  • Speaking another language (German or Dutch) on professional level.

What we offer

We offer you a direct employment contract with Astrata (not through an agency), a market conform salary and 30 holidays. If you happen to work on a national holiday, you are compensated with 2 holidays.

At Astrata, you will be part of a close-nit, international team with lots of diversity. A tailor-made onboarding plan and continuous support from the team members will be available for you to get you up to speed, get to know the tools and to enable you to reach your full potential. We work during the week, not on weekends. We have 2 shifts, an early shift starting from 8.00 am and a late shift starting form 9.30 am – which allows flexibility.
