Responsibilities

• Handling customer technical support cases through live chat and/or email submission.
• Collecting and reporting feedback.
• Evaluating proposed changes and making recommendations.
• Testing and assisting on the roll out of new features.
• Preparing reference material for users by drafting operation instructions.
• Providing pre and post sales technical support.

Requirements

• Very good English and communication skills other language is a plus.
• Technically-oriented mind and general interest in social media and digital technologies.
• Very good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Employment option: 24/7 shifts.
• No experience in video streaming or publishing is necessary (we provide all trainings).
