Responsibilities
- Handling customer technical support cases through live chat and/or email submission.
- Collecting and reporting feedback.
- Evaluating proposed changes and making recommendations.
- Testing and assisting on the roll out of new features.
- Preparing reference material for users by drafting operation instructions.
- Providing pre and post sales technical support.
Requirements
- Very good English and communication skills other language is a plus.
- Technically-oriented mind and general interest in social media and digital technologies.
- Very good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Employment option: 24/7 shifts.
- No experience in video streaming or publishing is necessary (we provide all trainings).
