Your responsibilities

  • Answering customer requests or inquiries in Finnish

  • Comprehensive customer service in the field of solving basic technical problems related to the operating system and software

  • Providing customers via phone or chat with innovative solutions to meet their needs

  • Delivering first-class customer experience

  • Creating a positive impression of the support team

Our requirements

  • Excellent Finnish written and spoken language skills are a must,

  • Good command of English- min. B2 level,

  • Availability to work full-time,

  • Elementary knowledge of Computing devices like Laptops, PCs, Smart Phones, Tablets, etc.

  • Empathy, active listening, and time management skills.

  • You choose the form of employment: contract of employment (salary: 8500 PLN gross/month) or civil contract (salary: 54 PLN gross/1 hour)
