Your responsibilities
Answering customer requests or inquiries in Finnish
Comprehensive customer service in the field of solving basic technical problems related to the operating system and software
Providing customers via phone or chat with innovative solutions to meet their needs
Delivering first-class customer experience
Creating a positive impression of the support team
Our requirements
Excellent Finnish written and spoken language skills are a must,
Good command of English- min. B2 level,
Availability to work full-time,
Elementary knowledge of Computing devices like Laptops, PCs, Smart Phones, Tablets, etc.
Empathy, active listening, and time management skills.
What we offer
You choose the form of employment: contract of employment (salary: 8500 PLN gross/month) or civil contract (salary: 54 PLN gross/1 hour)
