Your responsibilities
- Answering customer requests or inquiries in Finnish
- Comprehensive customer service in the field of solving basic technical problems related to the operating system and software
- Providing customers via phone or chat with innovative solutions to meet their needs
- Delivering first-class customer experience
- Creating a positive impression of the support team
Our requirements
- Excellent Finnish written and spoken language skills are a must,
- Good command of English- min. B2 level,
- Availability to work full-time,
- Elementary knowledge of Computing devices like Laptops, PCs, Smart Phones, Tablets, etc.
- Empathy, active listening, and time management skills.

- You choose the form of employment: contract of employment (salary: 8500 PLN gross/month) or civil contract (salary: 54 PLN gross/1 hour)
