About the project
We are seeking an experienced tester and customer success agent to join our team and help us foster successful relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate should have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and the ability to build trust-based relationships with clients.
Your responsibilities
Handle issues escalated from Tier 1
Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root-cause and provide resolutions
Update customer information in the database
Provide instructions for customers on how to use Aptimyz products
Additionally, you will be responsible for:
Developing test plans and procedures
Executing tests
Documenting results
Analysing data, and recommending improving system performance
Our requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptionally strong spoken and written English (at least C1)
Self-starter, comfortable working in a dynamic environment with international colleagues
Developed and supported by experience technical competences
Organized and detail-oriented
You hold a university degree
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working knowledge of online collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.)
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Experience in software testing (web applications preferred) would be a benefit
Knowledge of test automation tools (Selenium preferred) is preferred
Proficient in SQL databases would be a benefit
Proven track record of excellent customer service would be strong benefit
